The overall design of Toshima Ecomusee Town was carried out by Nihon Sekkei, Inc., while Kengo Kuma & Associates was responsible for the external appearance. Nihon Sekkei chose Terada and his associates to plan the signage. AXIS Font was chosen to maintain a neutral relationship even across a variety of materials such as stainless steel, wood and glass. We have interviewed Naoki Terada who states that architecture, interior products, and signs are all interconnected.
